Ours is a non-governmental  organization (NGO), functioning with an objective of program was born out of a desire to change the destiny of children of the fourth world who are desperate, needy, unloved, unwanted and uncared. Gracious Paradise is Indian based Social Welfare Non Govt Organization that brings hope to the defenseless child laborers, literacy, widowed Girl child and health among rural India. Gracious Paradise’s programs allow compassionate people to become ambassadors of peace, prosperity and hope across the world. Gracious Paradise’s greatest recognition comes from the people whose lives we had the honor to touch and help to change; the children who were once child laborers, the poor mothers who are now armed with the knowledge to protect their children from deadly diseases, people who are now free from the bondage of literacy and many others.
Everywhere in the universe Rich becoming richest and poor becoming poorest, Middle class always battles for existence.  How can we help the needy? Let us think about it. Today the world is becoming ever more closely linked. The expansion of trade and movement of people between countries more than ever. However, billions of people still live in poverty and in many places is increasing between rich and poor. This essay will examine the arguments for and against support for poor countries. There are many reasons to help poor countries. Firstly there are humanitarian reasons. As individuals who give to charity many countries believe that it is their religious duty, social or moral help people in other countries suffer from drought, famine, war or disease. However, many rich countries also give money to diplomatic and political causes. Who wants to maintain a relationship with the recipient, or simply to influence the Government and leadership of the country. Another reason why many countries help poorer than them due to economic reasons. Donors may want to control the supply of raw materials, oil, water or grain. An alternative may be to ensure the country’s richest markets for their products, or, in the case of aircraft, the computer or shoes.
However, assistance is not necessarily the best way to help this country. First goes missing, billions of dollars of aid often corrupt governments or mismanagement. The second point is that many projects of foreign aid are not suitable for the country of destination. Many agencies to build huge dams and industrial projects, not in a few years or that do not involve the local population. Also, many returned to donor assistance. This can be in the form of expensive specialized equipment and experts from the donor.
